At CUC Group, we are committed to promoting patient-centered healthcare. We believe that regularly reviewing and improving our medical services is essential to building patient trust. Based on this principle, we actively conduct Customer Satisfaction (CS) surveys across both our own healthcare businesses and support services to continuously enhance the quality of care we provide.
